The Role: As CRM and Website Manager youll be reporting to the Director of marketing and centrally sat in a closeknit team of 5.

Youll be tracking and reporting on website metrics and optimising site performance by mending links, plugins, editing and overseeing site layout, in order to maximise and fully utilise their investment in tech.

Youll be fully responsible for their new implementation of HubSpot CRM and automation, streamlining the backend processes and creating and building new digital strategies to drive web traffic.

Responsibilities: - Analyse campaign performance - Provide thoughtful and tangible insight on campaign success - Collaborate with other departments to improve data quality, reporting and segmentation - Create marketing dashboards of KPIs to reflect marketing activity - Create email automation campaigns from planning to post success reporting - Ensure that the automation platform is being used to its fullest potential - Manage customer lifecycles along with all reactivation and retention communications To be considered for this role you must have: - Experience of CMS (Wordpress) - Advanced use of Google Analytics - Excellent at UX, user website journeys and implementing trial and error initiatives to improve site performance - Marketing automation and lead management (preferably HubSpot) - Be a proactive doer and thinker, organised and resourceful - Must have 3 year experience web and CRM in a commercial environment The Company: Largest, spirits, techmarketplace for trading and connecting merchant to product distributor and seller.

The Package for CRM and Website Manager: - Salary: £35,000£45,000 bonus benefits Location: The position of CRM and Website Manager will be based in Central London.
