Actively engage in each step of the SDLC project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for each track.
Document and outline the techno - functional specifications for amalgamation of CS s new Microsoft products with legacy integration systems.
(D365, Adobe, SFCC, Experian, Axiom) Build customer journeys and engagement flows using tools like MS Visio.
Gather requirements for building from ground up a fully customized loyalty solution for Columbia Sportswear and sister companies.
Building data extensions and journeys in Marketing Cloud for target advertising and providing a personalized customer experience.
Employ the content builder functionality to customize email templates and mobile studio for text advertising.
Create POCs (proof of concept) for customer segmentation, de-duping rules for transactions/customers, QAS validations.
Build and automate reports around data points including but not limited to RFMs, Cohort Analysis, Click through rate, Conversion rate, Engagement Rate etc.
Work with the Data Migration and Integration teams to extract and load legacy data into the new system.
Testing and validating new business requirements against legacy data load.
