Ref ID: 03600-9502224866 Classification: Office Coordinator Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly Robert Half OfficeTeam is anticipating the need for a temporary Office Coordinator to support operations at a large office in Southeast Portland.

Your main goal will be to ensure that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, competent and friendly.

You must be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.

You will deal with internal and external parties, which means you must be courteous, analytical, proactive, and organized.

How you will make an impact: Greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the office Scheduling meetings and appointments Managing calendars Assisting upper management Submitting expense reports Sending out announcements and weekly updates Coordinating meetings and events Processing paperwork Managing files and maintaining filing systems Preparing packets Supporting other teams with various administrative and customer service-related tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.) Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed Proven experience as office coordinator, administrative assistant, and/or office manager Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Research Skills Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills Administrative Experience Scheduling/calendar management experience Multi-line phone experience Clerical Experience Customer service experience Working knowledge of office equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to be patient and professional at all times OfficeTeam is the world's leader in professional staffing for office support jobs, focusing exclusively on the temporary and temporary-to-full-time placement of professionals in the administrative field.
