Business Manager Our client is seeking an Administrative Manager to help develop and improve processes in their growing company.
The successful candidate will ensure there is efficient work flow of information, and effectively monitor the application of resources throughout the company.

Primary responsibilities of the Business Manager: Maintain financial and production reports including but not limited to cash flow reports, invoices, purchase orders, contracts and job files.
Correspond daily with contractors, subcontractors, customers, vendors, etc.
Supervise all administrative operations.
Represents the company in a professional manner in all communications.
Exercises independent judgement and works under limited guidance due to previous experience and depth of knowledge of administrative processes.
Capable of analyzing information requests and determining trends and making informed decisions.
Minimum Qualifications: Strong decision making, organizational and communications skills.
Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
In depth knowledge of Quickbooks.
In depth knowledge of Microsoft programs.
Must be capable of handling shifting priorities and managing a variety of individuals.
Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person.
Ability to represent the company at a high standard.
Valid drivers license.
