We are a privately held multi-regional staffing agency serving the Southeast, Mid-south, Midwestern and Southwestern United States.

Our goal is to build long-term, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, internal employees and our contractors.

We currently have an internal opportunity for a Bilingual Staffing Assistant in our local branch.

This is the starting place for an operations career in the staffing industry.

Job duties include answering the phone, receiving applicants, light interviewing, contacting and screening applicants for job openings, assist in various aspects of new hire on-boarding, light customer contact, assisting with payroll and other administrative functions as needed.

Level-one training must be completed within 30 days of hire.

We are looking for a Staffing Assistant who is passionate and motivated to work hard and exceed expectations.

You should be a quick learner who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, both independently and as part of a team.

It is also important that you display exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Your specific duties in this Staffing Assistant role will include: Answering phones Greeting guests/potential teammates Recruiting quality candidates via phone, email, social media, in person, etc.

Light Interviewing of candidates Performing data entry Providing excellent customer service Interacting with clients as needed Performing payroll duties Keeping office clean and following safe housekeeping practices especially in and around your desk Checking email consistently throughout the day for new job orders and instructions Administering drug screens Please no phone calls or walk ins Specific qualifications for the Staffing Assistant role include: 1-2 years in a service role preferred Preferred bilingual in Spanish Enjoy lots of interaction with people Strong customer service skills Enjoys meeting daily challenges and opportunity to see tangible results Excellent phone skills Business professional attitude Data entry skills Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook Availability to work 8am-5pm plus overtime when needed and on call nights and weekends
