Description 

Looking for several business professionals to support an industry leading company with administrative tasks as they prepare for several annual User Conference and on site events.

Job Description: Receive and maintain presentation submissions for conferences Work with conference coordinators/track leaders to assign sessions and moderators.

Send presenters information or acceptance letters Assist in maintaining and updating conference agendas and work areas for and organize data for online publication pre-and post-event.

Schedule approved meetings and communicate with team and conference presenters (internal and external) via phone and email.

Assist with updating conference hotlines and other internal resources, as well as serve as a contact for conference coordinators that are out of the office.

Process registrations and registration payments.

Minimum Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is required (preferably in business related field) Must be able to type 45 wpm Must be proficient in Microsoft office products, including Outlook Must be very detailed oriented.

Job requires a lot of analyzing and research of crucial data.

Must have professional demeanor due to heavy phone work and customer service with our users and business partners.
