Administrative Assistant need for a growing Non-Profit in the Sacramento area.
This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right person.
Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.
Duties include: Supporting Executive Management Team and CEO.
Schedule, plan and coordinate appointments for the Senior Management team.
Coordinate and make travel arrangements to attend conferences and meetings as required by the members of Senior Management and CEO.
Establish and maintain planning calendars and time-lines to ensure reports and other special projects are submitted on time.
Take a high volume of meeting minutes, create and coordinate reports, agendas, etc.
Assure that associated reports and data required by the agendas are collected and transmitted in a timely manner.
Compose letters and other correspondence when needed.
Ensure the absolute accuracy of the final work product prior to presentation to the President/CEO or Executive Management Team.
Coordinate special projects with the necessary staff on behalf of the Executive Management Team and CEO.
Maintain corporate, board, and departmental files and manuals to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable statutes and regulations.
Maintain overall organizational support for action item follow-up and timelines.
Coordinate scheduling of, and catering for board meetings and organizes all needed support for the meeting.
Requirements: This person needs to be confident in their duties and in a role supporting multiple Executive Members and CEO.
Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Posses advance organizational and problem solving skills.
Typing of 65 WPM.
Must be comfortable in a busy, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
Successful experience in a similar role.
Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
