Work with a great team in a positive environment at this reputable company Job tasks include: Answer and direct incoming calls Determine appropriate escalation of questions and problems from callers Monitor and direct incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail for pickup Respond to correspondence and voicemail Greet visitors to the office Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Scan and file new documents and maintain records Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when needed Monitor customer orders and work with vendors to avoid fulfillment delays Inform members of delays and resolutions in progress Review and enter member orders Provide support to staff on projects as designated (membership renewals, marketing, etc.) Attributes/Qualities Required: Be professional, courteous, and friendly on the telephone and in person.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Manage multiple projects and priorities, maintaining an acute attention to detail.
Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and conditions.
Experience needed 2 years previous experience in an administrative/executive support role or An academic background (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred) from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in business administration, or a related field and a solid background in customer service and office support principles of a small business.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm Duration: Temporary with potential to become long term for the right candidate.
Duration 3-6 months depending on need.
