Reporting to the Client Services Team Manager, the Account Administrator is responsible for client satisfaction, is expected to provide excellent internal and external customer service, and represents clients' needs and goals.

Support and comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives, including SimsMMway Program, to ensure a safe work environment.

Support and comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and team environment.

Interface with clients to ensure proper receiving, processing, reporting, and invoicing of client materials; resolve related complaints.


Communicate customers' timelines, special needs, instructions, and requirements to Operations team.


Participate in review of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring that SOW effectively communicates client work instructions to the Operations teams.


Manage and approve client freight costs and coordinate logistics (i.e., schedule pickups, transfers, etc.) as required by client, providing quotes, pickup forms, and placard 8.

Create and modify orders in Company's order management system 9.

Communicate information to internal/external clients in a timely and professional manner (i.e., provide order status, send Acknowledgements of Receipt and Audit Reports, update necessary spreadsheets, etc.).


Provide data and/or reports needed for standard Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients.


Research and resolve problems by working with various departments to ensure client assets are properly received, processed, reconciled, and settled within deadlines.


Work with other Account Administrators, and Accounting and Operations personnel to provide support on questions regarding orders that have come into plant from other locations 13.

Other duties as assigned.

Key Relationships Internal Client Services Team Manager, Plant Manager, Client Services team, Business Solutions Advisors, and Shipping & Receiving, Operations, and other departments as needed External Clients, potential clients, logistics carriers Working Conditions Physical Work is normally performed in a typical office work environment; however, time may be spent on the production floor to locate material or interact with necessary Operations and management personnel Typical use of office equipment including computers, telephones, copiers, etc.

Significant amount of time spent via e-mail and telephone speaking and listening Long periods of sitting, standing, and walking Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, fitted dust mask, etc., as required Mental Must be flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks and interact professionally with clients at all times Must be able to take on new assignments as needed regardless of existing workload Must be able to work under deadlines and related stresses in a timely manner - Must be able to interact professionally with clients at all times Actualy salary may vary from CareerBuilder Salary Estimator.
