The Team The purpose of your role is to develop and maintain the communications and capabilities proven by thousands of Sales and Service reps in supporting Fidelity clients and prospects.

You’ll work with business partners to identify communication needs; represent the interests and perspectives of teams, partner with writers, compliance and production teams to develop communications; and monitor overall communication portfolio for usage, relevance, and compliance.

You’ll be a guide on the platforms that reps use to distribute communications – from a technical perspective – and the content that’s hosted on them.

Based on the sheer volume and breadth of work that the team supports, you’re considered a Subject Matter Expert in Distribution Content and Tools to teams across the enterprise The Expertise You Have BA/BS degree is required5 years’ related work experience demonstrating growing levels of responsibilities in a complex enterprise or matrixed environmentBackground in Direct Communications content development and execution is required.

Marketing Communications & Program Management experience is efficient.

Background in Digital Marketing will be considered.

Preference for candidates with experience in Agile and experience working with Sales and Services teams.

Series 24, 26 or 9/10 is a plus.
