Hermitage Hall is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Administrative Assistant/Credentialing Specialist.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Key Responsibilities include : This position is responsible for processing paperwork for medical staff privileges/credentialing, preparing reports and correspondence and maintaining files.

This position is responsible for contract management and will also assist with administrative and clerical projects.

This position will also schedule for the nursing department.

Job Requirements Education: Associate Degree required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of two years of administrative support experience required, preferably in a health care setting.

Experience with contract processing and/or medical staff credentialing preferred.
