About the job As a Partner Operations Program Manager, you'll contribute experience in physical site security and risk management who serves as a program manager, with an initial focus on developing our supply chain security strategy and administering our security and resilience audit program.

Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) approach to enterprise resilience and partner operations is forward leaning, with a focus on areas such as protecting data, securing intellectual property, and safeguarding product manufacturing.

We are able to deliver on our mission to protect, sustain and enable Google’s ability to thrive by implementing security controls and operational resilience measures that are directed at keeping people, workplaces, assets, and property safe and secure, and Google resilient.As manager, you will work closely with multiple Google teams, taking the global physical security program to the next level of service excellence.

You will ensure all audits and supply chain standards are aligned with Global GSRS standards, managed to our quality control requirements and adhere to service level expectations across the vendor pool.

You'll contribute experience in third-party risk management; a track record of delivering successful, measurable security audit and program outcomes; and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

In this role, you'll demonstrate experience in supply chain security gained within a large organization and will be solution oriented.

Finally, you posses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as significant customer relationship management experience.

You'll comfortably build positive internal and cross-functional partnerships and inspire trust from their colleagues and clients.

From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team.

As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process.

You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

Responsibilities Work closely with partners ensuring high levels of service and consistency across the physical security audit program.Oversee and develop Supply Chain Security Strategy while managing vendor teams to deliver a consistent global program.Deliver the next generation global audit program, identifying areas to innovate, enhancements to service levels, and operational efficiencies.Ensure quality control and continual improvement are applied at each stage of the security program.Provide oversight of the audit schedule, ensuring resources are in place to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:8 years of experience implementing global best practice standards.8 years of experience in supply chain security management.A recognized qualification in security or supply chain management.Preferred qualifications:Experience in delivering Supply Chain Security Management.

Experience as a leader executing global physical security audit programs.Experience of benchmarking vendor services.Experience as a leader in program management.

Effective communications skills to garner cross-functional program support.Ability to remain flexible and effective when faced with unexpectedly changing goals, priorities, and mission parameters.
