Responsibilities Own and drive specific sub-areas of HCM system management, such as data quality, reporting, security and testing.Create and maintain project plans, schedules and other key documents that keep the project on track for successful execution and on-time delivery.Create detailed product requirements documents, including process flows, use cases and mock-ups, illustrating new proposed system features in a clear and logical manner while partnering with Engineering, Product Management and Vendors to translate requirements into reality.Understand and represent the “voice of the customer” in identifying and prioritizing functionality enhancements, including international users.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of relevant work experience managing HR technology projects.Workday project experience.Preferred qualifications:Workday certifiedExperience managing or consulting on an enterprise SaaS HCM system.Large scale project management experience.
Understanding of global HR processes and requirements.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
