GP Strategies has an immediate need for a Training Administrator to support a well-established client in Orlando, FL (east side, near the University of Central Florida).

This is a full-time, benefitted position with GP Strategies and supports the client onsite.

This is a temporary position, mid-October through June 2020, with the possibility of extension.

Job Overview: Provide administrative and system support to Training & Development department.

Training activities will include setting up and modifying course information, submitting templates for online courses, entering course completions, processing rosters, uploading training records, and assisting other training administrators as needed.

System support will include modifying employee training plans and requirements in the Learning Management System.

Will work with a large volume of data, verify accuracy and produce metrics in the forms of charts, diagrams and standard reports designed to measure program efficiency and value.

May also set-up and operate standard electronic equipment.

This position has daily interface with employees, managers, instructors and co-workers and will require good problem solving and communication skills.

This is a team environment with both local and virtual teams.
