Description 

A leading provider of online recruitment solutions to the Higher Education sector looking for a Customer Service Administrator: We are looking for a new addition to this team, based in Kings Cross with some on-site activity at our central London based client campuses.

The Role: The Customer Support is responsible for: Responding to first line queries from candidates, workers and hiring managers via email, telephone, online and in person Answering queries relating to worker compliance, payroll queries, general enquiries Ensuring accurate data processing of all registrations, work assignments, user profiles, payroll information, timesheets, compliance records and other data pertinent to managers, workers and work assignments Processing in-person compliance and right-to-work checks (in-office and on-site with clients) Opening, managing and satisfactorily closing tickets in the Freshdesk system Right-to-work checks (in-office and on-site with clients) Process payroll queries and services in line with laid down processes and procedures Ensuring accurate data processing of all registrations, work assignments, user profiles, payroll information, timesheets, compliance records and other data pertinent to managers, workers and work assignments Supporting the Account Management team in administrative, reporting and client management tasks Person Requirements : Strong Competency and literacy in Windows suite (Word, Excel) and/or Google suite Excellent numeracy and literacy and good English language communication skills Sound web and application literacy and ability to learn software applications Attention to detail and good process/procedure driven approach to tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A proclivity towards good customer care or experience in a client facing role A basic understanding of university student journey from studies & into work Ability to work off-site and unsupervised Willingness to move into a closer Account Management role and support the Account Management team Key Objectives Meet client and business SLAs for query resolution Resolve assignment, timesheet, payroll queries within weekly set time limits Complete customer satisfaction surveys as per schedules Meet strict worker compliance and regulatory/legislative requirements
