The CRM Specialist manages the full operational admissions support and quality assurance for the Fox Graduate Admissions office.
Independently auditing the efficiencies within the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool, the incumbent will be tasked with insuring applications are processed quickly and accurately within the guidelines of the Graduate School.
The incumbent tightly coordinates functions with Assistant and Associate Directors of Graduate Enrollment Management to ensure consistency and efficiency and conducts routine audits of the enrollment funnel to provide insights to teammates to help achieve faster turnaround times and a smooth applicant experience.
The CRM Specialist is responsible for writing reports and workflows, as well as identifying areas of process improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of professional experience, with at least one (1) year within enrollment management, recruitment, higher education, or directly related field.
Experience as a power user/administrator of enterprise CRM like Salesforce/Hubspot/MS-Dynamics.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Required Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated ability to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong proficiency in computer systems and various software applications used in recruiting and admissions - including Microsoft Office programs, constituent relationship management (CRM) and student information systems.
Demonstrated ability to organize large amounts of information and create processes.
Expertise in formulating algorithms, creating and implementing workflow processes.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas into laymen's terms.
Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as necessary.
Preferred: Banner and/or Salesforce experience.
