The Office Assistant role could potentially grow into the Office Manager position.

This candidate will worked directly with the Founding Principal and should have the ability to take initiative while fulfilling daily tasks diligently and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain office facility - Route calls to the appropriate parties - Copy, faxing, and filing for a number of different departments - Enter data into electronic applications - Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing - Delivering customer service quickly and accurately - All tasks related to: word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and copying - Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties - Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence - Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary - 1 years of relevant experience - Email/Chat knowledge - Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements - A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests - Comprehensive knowledge of copying and filing - Finish tasks independently - Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately - An enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests - Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets - Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request - Knowledge of conference room setup & cleanup OfficeTeam is the world's leader in professional staffing for office support jobs, focusing exclusively on the temporary and temporary-to-full-time placement of professionals in the administrative field.
