The long-term temporary-to-full-time role will be based in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Responsibilities The Moves Adds and Changes (MAC) Coordinator is assigned tickets in the tracking system and works the tickets from submission through to completion to satisfy the end user/client.

He/ she will need to manage anywhere from 10-50 active tickets at one time while tracking the progress of all of them and staying in constant communication with the requesters of the tickets and various vendors.

The MAC Coordinator will be responsible for obtaining proper purchase authority for any expenses requested and documenting such approvals.

The MAC Coordinator then follow through to make sure the work is performed to AUB standards, that the product is delivered (if applicable), that the repair is completed, that the invoices are paid, or any other action as needed.

As the work progresses, the MAC Coordinator will move the ticket through the proper stages – Open, pending vendor, pending teammate, closed.
