If you have a strong administrative background with experience taking incoming calls, creating work orders, and delivering great customer through superior organization then this Office Assistant role may be perfect for you.

This Office Assistant position is great for a multi-tasker who can focus on several tasks at once and has the ability to focus on getting work completed to meet deadlines.

You can also apply via email at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] What you get to do every single day: - Answering phones: take messages, transfer calls, and transcribe service orders - Filing - Typing invoices – good Excel knowledge is a must - Must have strong typing skills - Must be able to multitask and switch between priorities fluidly - Paperwork: must be detail oriented - Cross checking dates, times, and parts - We also work in Microsoft Access doing data entry.
