Job Title: Account Manager – Levy / WBL
Location: Home/Field Based - Must be flexible with national travel
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience and location)

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Develop and maintain relationships with existing Key Employer Accounts, to maximise all sales opportunities by promoting our clients full training provision.
Deliver advice and support to employers on the Apprenticeship Levy and future funding reforms.
Presenting to employers at a senior level, cross selling other products, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.
Promoting the benefits of undertaking training to employers– overcoming barriers and giving advice and guidance to the most suitable avenue.
Negotiate SLA’s with Employer Accounts to agree training requirements, any training costs and payment schedules.
Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis and develop training programmes to match employer’s needs.
Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
Work closely with the assessment team to ensure excellent service and delivery.
Essential Criteria:
Experience of working within a similar Account Management role within the work based learning industry.
Proven experience of managing / maximising large Employer Accounts.
Excellent knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy.
Experience of developing and implementing Account Management strategies, systems and processes.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Personal Skills: 
Excellent communication skills - presentation, written and verbal.
Exceptional sales, marketing and networking skills.
Time management and organisational skills.
