This Receptionist position is a 40 hour/week opportunity and is located in the South Metro area.
It is a Monday through Friday, 8am-5:00pm opportunity that is heavy on the phones.
Key responsibilities -Heavily answering and transferring phone calls -Greeting all customers and vendors in a welcoming presence -Helping administrators with multiple projects that arise -Maintaining the office calendar -Scheduling conference rooms -Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures -Manage various office files and provide general office filing support -Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks -Apply strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency -Willing to train and learn -1 or more years of retail experience -Strong customer service and office administrative skills -1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems -Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills -Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement -Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience required -Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy -Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills This career opportunity is available exclusively through OfficeTeam.
