About the job In a fast-paced and rapidly growing sales team environment with dynamic leadership, you’ll drive the day-to-day internal communications program for Google Cloud’s North America sales executives.
An equal mixture of strategy, coordination, content creation and planning, you’ll devise creative, fun and non-standard solutions to help communicate the company’s strategy to their teams, the wider Google audience and industry partners.
You'll appreciate complex issues, break them down, and coach executives to engage on those issues in written (emails, blog posts, FAQ) and spoken (strategy presentations, videos) forms.You're a curiosity-driven, organized team player who will help execute strategic communications campaigns, write compelling messages for leadership, create thoughtful presentations for internal meetings, and find innovative ways to engage employees and build a shared culture.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to succinctly summarize technical and business concepts in writing and in-person.

Responsibilities Develop, write and edit internal communications for sales executives, including emails, scripts and presentations.Plan the frequency and channels of communication and coordinate stakeholders across different areas of the business.Manage internal communications strategic plans, taking ownership of tactics and outcomes from beginning to end of the project.Interact with and influence executives, and provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in communications, including both internal communications and executive communications.Preferred qualifications:Experience with go-to-market operations (sales/marketing) and communications.Project management experience.Experience with building and executing new programs and managing them to scale.Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, kinetic environments.Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines.Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
