We are looking for an outgoing professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and interpersonal skills to support the US Sales Organization.
The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data sets in order to drive insights.
The position will work cross-functionally with sales, finance, ops and technical teams to help develop dashboards, conduct analyses and improve processes for senior sales/finance executives.
Description Work closely with the sales teams to analyze business trends and provide executive updates.
We own the development and deployment process of new reports and create presentations, dashboards and reports to surface data for different partners.
We communicate the results of complex analyses and projects effectively to senior management.
We have the ability to go deep to understand data elements to help support dynamic and complex business needs.
The candidate should feel comfortable dealing with complex & ambiguous situations.
Key Qualifications At least 2-3 years consulting or financial/business operations/data analyst experience Confirmed ability to conduct complex, data driven analysis Advanced spreadsheet and data modeling skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results of analysis in easy to understand business terms Strong technical understanding with ability to articulate complex technical issues in easy to understand business terms Proficiency in performance tuning of complex datasets Ability to navigate through a large organization Required: Experience querying large datasets using SQL or other languages Required: Experience with Tableau (other data visualization software ok but Tableau preferred) Key responsibilities include: Proven track record of successfully building forecasting model that capture seasonality and trends.
Maintain Tableau Dashboard Responsible for assisting sales team within CRM functionality and reporting Communicating results of complex analyses and projects effectively to senior management Creating presentations, dashboards and reports to surface data for different stakeholders Partnering with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs Ability to go deep to understand data and data elements to help support the fast paced and complex business needs Analyzing and modeling data to unlock key insights and to improve internal processes Leveraging the new methods and technologies to analyze and business to provide new insights Education Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field.
