Our Design Strategist is a hands-on position with an emphasis on holistic strategic thinking to ensure we are providing value to our users.

Your skillful in conducting user research, facilitating workshops and producing high level wireframes and designs to communicate concepts effectively.

You will work with business leaders, product owners, designers, and engineers to identify new business opportunities and uncover unmet user needs through research and data analysis.

You love: Transforming big fuzzy problems and ambiguous challenges into clear and concise design strategy.

You thrive in making the complex simple and digestible.

Problem framing, analysis, research and strategic planning, as well as the confidence to persuasively present to cross-functional agile teams and senior executive stakeholders Translating insights from data into design opportunities within constraints and restraints To plan and facilitate design research workshops to define current state customer pain points and map ideal future experiences You have: A natural ability to sense and respond to business prospects to stay innovative and forward thinking in a rapidly shifting business environment The aptness to comfortably switch between the details of data and bigger picture goals Passion for learning about people and their motivations and behavior A strong design voice and POV on where to go and why The capacity to digest large amounts of data, distill key information and present complex ideas clearly The ability to translate findings from research into actionable insights to build a product that ultimately delights our users.

Mindset and skills Open minded, curious, considerate, positive with leadership ability Strong communication and relationship building skills Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet goals Effectively facilitate workshops, ideation sessions and whiteboard activities with ease and confidence Qualifications 8-10 years of professional experience in your discipline, or a graduate degree and 5 years of professional experience Portfolio of presentations, case studies and mapping that show measurable business value.
