A fashion based company in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.
This position supports the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team.
This individual will need an exceptional attention to detail as well as clear and concise communication skills.
The position requires solid multi-tasking skills and the ability to handle confidential and sometimes highly sensitive matters in an appropriate manner.
-Provide administrative support to HR and Talent Acquisition teams
-Data entry: updating and approving seasonal employee information
-Employee file maintenance
-Process background checks for seasonal employees as needed
-Coordinate team meetings and interviews Qualifications:
-At least 6 months working in an office setting as reception or admin or coordinator
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
