You will operate an Ethics and Compliance (“E&C”) framework for Alphabet subsidiaries, excluding Google.20th century laws don't always solve 21st century problems, and Google Legal crafts innovative approaches for handling some of the toughest legal challenges of the information age.

Responsibilities Facilitate the operation of Alphabet E&C programs at all Alphabet companies, including developing documentation, communication, and operational processes.Own and operate the Alphabet compliance risk reporting process.
Gather and understand legal and regulatory risks, associated compliance programs, and liaise with cross-functional teams to discuss appropriate governance actions.Identify and assist in cross-functional efforts to increase efficiency in Alphabet Compliance operations.Identify and build metrics to measure operational effectiveness.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.3 years program/project management experience in compliance or assurance.Preferred qualifications:4 years regulatory compliance program/project management experience.Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadlines.Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience effectively partnering with legal counsel and other cross-functional teams.
