About the job As Google drives toward audacious goals, we rely on our SEC Reporting team to know exactly what that growth looks like.

You will lead projects to support the forward-looking growth of Alphabet and provide analysis and review of various internal and external reports.
You give advice to management on U.S.
GAAP and SEC filings and through your relationships with various internal sources, you gather financial information, execute the process of preparing, reviewing, submitting and distributing the financial reports.
You will also work closely with the Investor Relations team on earnings press releases and Accounting teams on preparation of the financials, and prepare reports that reach securities analysts, investors and industry groups globally. The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros.
