He/She will be responsible for directing a team to deliver the architecture roadmap for the DC Plan Recordkeeping domain, collaborate with the WI Central Architecture team, and work directly with the project teams to design and deliver projects consistent with the roadmap.The TeamThe Plan Recordkeeping team maintains the applications that record keep plan information required for the DC business.
The plan information is utilized by the participant recordkeeping system as well as is used for legal documents, web interfaces, and other business systems.The Expertise You Have· Degree in Computer Science preferred· 10 years of computer systems technology experience· 5 years of development experience with .NET, Java, etc.· Proven experience with newer technologies including the cloud· Keen knowledge of Fidelity systems and processes a plus· Strong familiarity with large, transaction-oriented systems· Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and managementThe Skills You Bring· Creativity and excellent problem-solving skills· Ability to grasp and document ideas, challenges and processes quickly· Ability to learn and accept new ideas· Proven ability with new technologies· Experience in influencing technical and business teams· Technical Governance· Demonstrated Management/Leadership excellenceThe Value You DeliverThe Director of Architecture will have three primary responsibilities:1.
Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps for the DC Plan Recordkeeping domain,2.
Work with the WI Architecture team on the overall WI architecture and 3.
Work directly with the project teams to deliver projects consistent with the roadmap.
