Responsibilities Lead and implement go-to-market propositions in the public sector.
Work with Marketing, Demand Management, Solutions and Product and Engineering teams to produce a focused proposition.Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction and act as an advisor to the customer.Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers, and Google Partners, creating new opportunities.Understand each client's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in software sales and strategic account management at a B2B software company.Preferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Communications.10 years of experience in infrastructure software sales, databases, analytic tools, or applications software.Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.Experience with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams on commercial and legal agreements.Experience leveraging C-level relationships.Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
