Due to expansion our client based in Kettering has a new role for and Telesales Executive to join their small but growing sales team.

The objective of the role is to target potential/exiting customers across multiple mediums within the advertising sector.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

We are looking for an individual who can confidently make outbound calls and secure business by phone.

The role requires someone who can quickly understand potential advertisers needs and suggest suitable advertising strategies.

You should be able to pro-actively seek new potential customers as well as grow revenue from our existing customer base through ongoing account management.

The role requires someone who can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines where necessary.

You should be determined and self-motivated and not afraid to deal with objections.

A pro-active approach is required, you should be constantly thinking creatively.

This role does not demand an aggressive sales approach but an approach from someone who genuinely cares and understands the diverse needs of the client.

Telesales/Sales/Customer Services experience is essential, but training will be provided for the right candidate who has the right personality and work ethic.

Duties include: Managing multiple advertising campaigns.

Maintaining existing client base.

Up-selling and growing the business Organisational skills are of the up most importance.

It is your responsibility to organise your own day/week and work to tight deadlines but equally utilising your time between deadlines effectively.

Working within a small close knit team who all work together and have regular meetings to discuss exciting new projects where everyone's opinions and input are valuable.

You should be willing to suggest new ideas and discuss with other team members and listen to others.

Telesales/Customer services experience preferred along with a good understanding of marketing.

Computer literate a good understanding of excel and word.

Excellent organisational skills.

Excellent grammatical skills.

Outgoing and friendly personality.

Team player.

A friendly and understanding telephone manner.

Time management and punctuality.

Full time role working 37.5 hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) with 30 minutes for lunch 20 days bank holidays (shut down over the Christmas Period) £18k to start with a review in 3 months on completed of successful probation, plus excellent commission structure - genuinely achievable and uncapped Work place pension scheme This role is immediately available please apply today to
