Description 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Product Marketing Specialist in Miami, Florida (FL).

Essential Functions: Support management in the development of thorough product marketing briefs including claim development and substantiation, and establishing marketing positioning for key products for review, approval and company-wide issuance by Manager Deliver product marketing briefs on schedule in accordance to product messaging calendar and based on business needs Manage deployment process including support for open for sale and itinerary changes by working with Creative Services to develop all necessary assets for broad channel support Maintain organized information for all itineraries in order to provide necessary information for broader organization Liaise with Revenue Management to ensure all information regarding itinerary content is received based on marketing needs to properly support open for sale Use data from multiple sources to define competitive advantages and refine consumer targets for product marketing initiatives in order to increase consumer and trade desire and demand Coordinate amongst cross functional teams to gather product information, facilitate feedback, review and discussion to establish current product positioning and future product development opportunities to drive increased revenue Act as source of knowledge and subject matter expert as it relates to product information Conduct regular reviews of product information across all marketing channels in order to maintain integrity of product information Assist in the development of annual communications plans for product marketing initiatives Manage product changes by gathering relevant information and communicating and distributing throughout organization REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Business or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills and experience 1 to 3 years of experience marketing experience Analytical skills sufficient to collect, structure and analyze information, and develop fact-based recommendations to improve performance Interpersonal skills to work successfully and effectively in a team-based environment and cross-functional role to accomplish goals, gather information and complete projects Excellent written and verbal communications skills to present findings and prepare clear reports for multiple users and communicate effectively with team members Ability to be highly detail oriented and organized in order to manage multiple tasks Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities per business needs while meeting time and budget constraints Strong decision-making skills to effectively and efficiently execute projects Creative and strategic thinker Ability to find creative solutions in the midst of complex resource constraints Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in order to analyze data, create reports and presentations Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
