Internal Sales Co-Ordinator
Salary: Negotiable

Our client is a fast-growing firm who are looking for someone who can bring this to the business to provide a great service to their customers and clients. They are looking to increase their sales and have the ability to meet their business targets. The team need someone who is enthusiastic, determined and proactive when dealing with sales.
The role will involve:
Answering & managing inbound calls to ensure an excellent customer service experience
Managing incoming enquiries from quote stage to delivery
Following up open opportunities and quotations
Liaising with customers and suppliers and handle any queries which arise
Providing after-sales support
Raising purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes and invoices accurately, efficiently and timely
Working with the external sales team to help them close opportunities and follow up with suppliers
Build successful relationships with customers, suppliers & prospects.
General administrative dutiesWe need you if you have:
Experience in sales or related field
Strong communication skills
Good time management & organisational skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Previous sales experience
Computer literate with current experience of Microsoft Office, Sage & ACT! CRM suites.Benefits for you:
