As a result of ongoing growth, a prestigious Commercial Finance Network seeks a Network Recruitment Manager to promote its growth and day-to-day management.
This business has a strong reputation within the commercial finance sector and an attractive proposition for appointed representatives who join its network.
This includes comprehensive marketing, technical and compliance support, bespoke sourcing and CRM systems, a vast amount of lenders, and attractive commission splits.
This company is headquartered in the Nottingham area.
Initially, you would be required to attend an induction here (likely to be circa 12 weeks), but after that, you are welcome to work from home.
Because this network is working within the unregulated commercial finance market, it is able to attract a wide range of candidates from other industry sectors, who are excited about a career as a Commercial Finance Broker.
As such, there is a HUGE pond to fish in here.
You’ll be responsible for recruiting new appointed representatives (ARs) into the network, and growing its footprint throughout the UK.
Duties will include achieving job specific KPI’s and business target objectives, ensuring that overall training requirements for ARs are identified, managed and executed.
In addition, you will offer technical sales support, where required, to assist the ARs to achieve business growth for both themselves and the network.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will represent the company and its products and services at all times in a professional and knowledgeable manner, freely sharing knowledge, insight, best practice and ideas.
You will also ensure and check that all commercial finance cases submitted by AR’s are duly compliant with FCA guidelines and are consistent with the company’s processes.
It is anticipated that you will represent the Network at industry events, exhibitions and networking events, and meeting with lenders to ensure that product knowledge is consistent and up-to-date.
In order to gain credibility within the business, and be able to assist with technical matters, you must have experience within the commercial financial market.
You must also have an impressive new business track record, and be highly organised.
You’ll have proven listening, negotiation and influencing skills and be able to deliver clear and concise proposals and presentations.
You’ll also be proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision, and you’ll thrive both on own your own initiative and as part of a team.
Ideally, you will also have evidence of working with professional lead providers, corporate and high net worth clients.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to circa £50K (Neg), together with a range of company benefits including a performance-related bonus.
