Senior Business development Manager- Healthcare needed for a full-time, staff opportunity with Yoh in Woodland Hills, CA.

The Business Development Manager at Yoh is a commissioned based full cycle, outside sales and business development role.

The BDM is responsible for revenue generation through new business development activities within the Healthcare vertical.

Activities will include: Daily cold calling, client visits and related follow-up activities to decision makers in designated target lists (Account Plan) within the Healthcare Sector.

BDMs regularly reach out to prospective, inactive and current clients to build relationships and obtain job orders as well as manage orders and ensure customer fulfillment.

Most importantly, the BDM builds long- term relationships with clients through a proven sales cycle and delivery of exceptional service characterized by building credibility, gaining mutual respect and the client’s full trust.

The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess: Healthcare Experience Business Development and Relationship Building Experience in Staffing Industry What You’ll Be Doing: Engage in new and existing client development activities.

Activities include but are not limited to: sourcing, cold calling, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company/department profiles and organizational charts, marketing candidates, identifying national/third party/vendor on premise opportunities, scheduling and conducting new and follow-up client activities.

Ensure local market alignment with Healthcare initiatives related to client targeting.

Establish client expectations and effectively communicate to appropriate parties.

Become an expert in the life science space and consult with the client making recommendations and proposals to their business – showing true value.

This includes mastery of gaming nomenclature, acronyms, common organizational structures and industry specific revenue streams.

Facilitate development of professional service agreements, including negotiation of terms and conditions when necessary, between Yoh and clients.

Interface with leadership to establish pricing for quotes and bids that are consistent with the company’s financial objectives Coordinate with your centralized life science delivery teammates once a job requisition has been identified / generated and qualified.

Leverage our CRM/ATS tool to track and maintain current and prospective clients.

Determine and implement appropriate marketing techniques for market, industry and region.

Promote Yoh services through participating in professional associations, trade shows and other public relations opportunities.

Order management to ensure all requisitions are fully covered and being driven by the Sr.

BDM to a final favorable decision.

What You Need to Bring to the Table: Bachelor's Degree.

2-5 years of years of healthcare or staffing experience selling professional services through direct face to face interactions and rapport building.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Comfort presenting to Decision Makers, Key Stakeholders and C-level executives within gaming studios.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
