Assistant Site Managers
NJC 5-6 (£18,795-£19,171)
Two vacancies: Kesteven and Sleaford High School (25 hours, 52 weeks a year)
Carre’s Grammar School
(37 hours – temporary, 52 weeks a year)
The Robert Carre Trust has vacancies for Assistant Site Managers to work at both schools in the Trust, both of which are located in the small market town of Sleaford. The vacancy at Kesteven and Sleaford High School is for 25 hours and is on a permanent basis. The vacancy at Carre’s Grammar School is for 37 hours, initially on a temporary basis to cover for the long-term sick leave of a colleague. Both postholders will, however, be required to work at both sites as necessary.
Carre’s has 784 students on roll, being boys only 11-16 and co-educational in the Sixth Form. The school has long been synonymous with excellence and the school’s reputation for providing a first rate all-round education for local students has been strengthened even further over recent years. The friendly, cheerful atmosphere of the school helps students to enjoy learning and, as they grow into young men and women, we enable them to take increasing responsibility for themselves and others around them. We became an Academy in August 2011, which has given us the freedom to innovate and do what is right whilst maintaining our ethos and standards for our students, and formed the Robert Carre Trust in September 2015.
Kesteven and Sleaford High School is a highly successful 11-18 Selective Girls’ Academy which, since September 2015, has been part of the Robert Carre Trust. The school works closely with Carre’s Grammar School and is part of the mixed Sleaford Joint Sixth Form. The High School admits (Apply online only) students each year into Year 7, in four or five forms of around 30. There are currently 740 students on roll at the High School.
Full details of both vacancies are available on the schools’ websiteby clicking the button below. To make an application, please submit the application form with a covering letter that tells us why you have applied for the job, and how you would contribute towards the Trust’s site team, by Thursday 14 November 2019 (KSHS) or Friday 22 November 2019 (Carre’s Grammar School).
If you would like further information about the post or an informal discussion, please contact the RCT Site Manager, Mr John White, or the Headteacher’s PA, Mrs Julie Body, on (phone number removed).
