Your new role
You will be working as an administration assistant to senior leadership members of the company, administering general office duties as required, answering the phones, managing multiple inbox's and mail as required, as well as maintaining and updating the database. You will assist with reception and meet and greet duties as needed, while also taking control of ad hoc filing and scanning to keep the office organised and in order.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive office experience, be confident to multitask and take on varied duties that may be outside of your daily responsibilities and have a keen eye for details. Working for senior members of the company, you will be hardworking, organised and be confident to liaise with team members of all seniority levels.
