We are looking for an experienced Recruiters to join us on a 6 month FTC in our new centralised team in Rushden. You will support the Recruitment Business Partner and Senior Recruiter/s by co-ordinating the recruitment process and identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates all while ensure our candidates receive a positive recruitment experience with Kier.
You will be responsible for actively managing a candidate database for our Construction arm of the business, as well as proactively sourcing new candidates from a range of different sources, including LinkedIn. The successful candidate will also be responsible for writing job adverts and arranging interviews for various parts of Construction.
You will have previous experience in a high volume internal recruitment team or a leading recruitment agency. In addition to being highly organised with excellent communication skills - verbal (telephone and in-person) and written, you will have a good understanding of employment law within recruitment and selection and confident with MS Office tools.
