WOW FACTOR: An outstanding opportunity has risen to join a large organisation in the heart of the city for a 6-month FTC to assist on a project .

Seeking a well-rounded candidate with both technical and soft skills reporting to accounts payable.

JOB ROLE: E-Invoicing Project Manager (6 month FTC) JOB TYPE: 6 month FTC COMPANY: Government and Policy HOURS: 9:00am - 5:30pm (Very flexible working hours to suit candidate) SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 Depending on experience LOCATION: Heart of London City CULTURE: Friendly, hardworking team, social, traditional style company, open planned office DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: To contact suppliers and persuade/guide/help them to on-board to the new PDF e-invoicing solution provided by external company To liaise with external company to make sure suppliers are registered with the program and set up to use the new solution Responsible for monitoring on boarding activity and the number of transactions passing through the new solution To deal with any errors preventing transactions successfully passing through the new solution (by liaising with suppliers and other team members where necessary) To set up e-catalogues and smart forms to enable PDF e-invoicing To write PDF e-invoicing user guides for suppliers and internal stakeholders Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to succeed within the project SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Communication and people skills are paramount - ability to gently persuade suppliers to on board and sell the benefits without being pushy Technical skills - ability to learn, understand and describe to suppliers how the program works and the benefits they will gain Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, colleagues and stakeholders Being able to handle errors, understand and learn how to resolve issues.

Ability to use initiative to manage oneself and to reach goals Personable, well-spoken and well presented, people person, confident and motivated.

Very strong communication skills as most of the dealings with be via phone and email Needs to remember the end goal of the project and have the determination to succeed.
