This role will appeal to candidates with retail sales experience, with a passion for technology and a drive for achieving sales targets.
This role is based within a territory, however we are looking for flexible individuals as call patterns and working hours may vary occasionally.
Objective: Hit the number - Focus on KPI achievement, specifically in hitting the sales target.
Drive each account to overachieve through meaningful business discussions born from commercial awareness Responsibilities: Drive the business - use your toolkit to build territory and customer level strategic plans and then execute them daily.
Constantly look for and maximise on new opportunities and ways of working to increase return Know your territory - efficiently plan visits across covered stores to maximise on peak times and availability of key contacts.
Treat it as your own business and develop meaningful, long lasting relationships Be an ADM - Don't just know the brand, live the brand, with energy and accountability.
Positively promote product USPs, imparting knowledge in every interaction.
Offer competitor and market feedback Use your initiative - approach no two situations the same way.
