The opportunity The successful candidate will have the responsibility of an Internal Technology Recruiter within one of the most lucrative offices in London.
Our client is a very well-established Multimillion-pound Technology Hub based in the city of London.
You will be process driven and sourcing the highest level of staffing in the market and engaging them with the clients career opportunities.
You will build close relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure you understand the needs of the business and developing career-focused strategies to proactively attract and engage with the best talent in the market.
Delivering excellence in performance through talent management by providing the best service, always communicating, actioning clients requests and queries with regular follow-up.
You will be tasked with managing key stakeholders.
Be an ambassador for Arrows Group Global consistently representing us and the department in a professional manner Plan, coordinate and priorities active job roles Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage Actively seek and act upon feedback from hiring managers Working within a process driven and problem solving environment.
