The role- Provideservice to the highest achievable standards to all guests dining, as set downin the department's standard operating procedures - Abilityto work behind the bar-Providing alcoholic and non-alcoholicbeverages - Havefull product knowledge of all food and beverage items, in order to take guestsorders and recommend products and services- Clearand lay tables throughout and after service, to minimise guest waiting times- Performall banking as required and inline with the cash handling policyAdditionaldutiesCompleteclosing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods,cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations,locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, andcompleting daily cleaning checklist.
