A double glazing specialist have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to cover the South West of the country.
Applicants will be required to effectively manage a team of Site Supervisors and installation teams, coordinate and plan projects through the manufacture and installation process up to practical completion.
Ensuring the Health & Safety of employees is maintained using company policies and procedures.
You will communicate with all internal departments to progress projects through the company, overseeing the delivery of glazing projects to site and successful handover to client, ensuring the quality of the end product is to the company quality standards.
Duties will also include identifying any training requirements of the department, preparing method statements and risk assessments and resolving customer/all queries in a timely manner.
Candidate key skills must include planning and co-ordination, man management and good decision making.
You will ideally live between Birmingham and Bristol but other areas will be considered.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the glazing industry, particularly managing curtain walling projects.
The role will require working from the office and travelling to sites around the UK, some overnight stays will be required with this role.
