You will be leading the delivery of customer insight into the business, in particular the marketing function. Using your analytical skills combined with business acumen to take top level business questions and answer them through clear reporting & actionable insights. You will work closely with the head of performance marketing to ensure efficiency is gained across marketing channels, focus is on the right areas for growth & insight is available across the department to inform marketing collateral. You will help LTS gain a deeper, more actionable understanding of our customer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Translate raw customer data into actionable insights, clear and coherent analysis, and data-driven recommendations
Provide an ongoing understanding of customer trends across the business
Provide deep-dive analytics on the demographics, psychographics, and product propensities of existing and new customers.
Work with the Head of Performance marketing and CRM team to conduct database analysis, define customer profiling and segmentation strategies.
Working in a dynamic fast paced environment, taking important business questions & answering with a strong understanding of our commercial objectives and in a timely manner
Build and automate reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance - driving efficiency throughout the marketing team
Own data visualisation for LTS Marketing team
Deep understanding of internal and external data sources (e.g. customer, transactional, marketing) and the data models
Owning the quality of customer data within the business & across platforms
Unlocking information to inform growth opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis and data management role
Experience working in a performance driven environment
Logical thinker and problem solver
Experience with Business Intelligence tools, ideally QlikSense
Technical requirements: coding competency, especially Excel (VBA) Object Orient Programming language and SQL knowledge, MS Excel skills
Experience of web analytics tools desired but not essential
