The role: To make proactive outbound calls to the consumer market To discuss the challenges of unwanted telephone calls in the market place, compared to receiving calls from companies that they wish to hear from.
To gain the consumer consent and to agree to be signed up to the free TPS register To gain the consumers agreement to go through the list of authorised companies To go through the list of companies and get the consumers consent to be contacted by those companies.
To capture relevant information in the IPS CRM and outcome the call appropriately To pass successful outcome leads over to the IPS Administrator to sign the consumer up to TPS.
