Kelly Services is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for one of our top Healthcare Insurance clients in Wallingford, CT.

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-8 weeks while employee is on leave Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Pay Rate Range: $30.00 per hour Job Duties: Provide administrative support to executive level and team including heavy calendar management, travel, expense reports, timesheets, responding to instant messages from direct reports/etc.

(checking on the Executive schedule and availability), assist with questions and issues that arise, invoicing, etc.

You will be working for a great group of people with opportunities to learn new things Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Previous executive administrative experience Proficient in MS Office Suite.
