Keystone Partners, an award-winning provider of best in class career management services, is seeking a VP of Career Services/Talent Management for our new Dallas, Texas location.

In this pivotal role you will lead the day-to-day operations of Keystone's business while you manage and support the career and talent management needs of our growing client base in the region.

Primary responsibilities: Management and Delivery of Career Transition Services to include coaching, skills assessment and development, personal branding, networking support, interviewing skills, resume development, evaluation of opportunities and negotiation skills.

Overall P&L responsibility for the site including budgeting, forecasting, hiring and cost control.

Manage a site-based consulting team while providing supervision/guidance in all areas relating to 1:1 coaching and delivery of career transition services.

Responsible for hiring, onboarding and training of all new consultants.

Hold regularly-scheduled meetings with each member of the delivery team and/or with team as a group to review client caseload and identify/resolve potential engagement issues.

Review client satisfaction surveys and follow-up on responses requiring attention.

Recommend and implement remedial actions with the goal of promoting a positive client experience while supporting consultant development.

Collaborate closely with Client Services and leaders of Keystone Partners delivery and operations teams to maintain appropriate consultant staffing levels Serves as the point person for resolving in-the-moment scheduling and other conflicts.

Conducts annual performance reviews and approves payroll for delivery staff at designated site.

Participates in the development, communication and implementation of policies and procedures affecting client delivery and administration.

Participates in company’s PR efforts by providing bylines, quotes, interviews to a variety of media outlets.

Train and facilitate client workshops and events.

Develop and deliver periodic presentations to Keystone’s corporate customers.

Work closely with the Site VP of Business Development for customer tours, meetings and events.

Participates in Consulting Practice Team, Consultant Roundtable, and Managers’ meetings Experience and Knowledge: Career development or HR professional with 7-10 years experience in career counseling/consulting, outplacement, talent management, recruitment or related areas.

Deep knowledge of career development theories and techniques through working with diverse client populations.

Demonstrated success setting and meeting goals and objectives, and coaching others to stay on track.

Excellent computer skills and comfort with technology, and virtual tools; proficient with LinkedIn and other mainstream social networking practices.

Understanding of job markets in the Dallas area, especially, latest trends in job search/hiring.

Experience and skills in live/web training/meeting facilitation.

Skills and Competencies: Strong management/supervisory skills along with a business mind-set.

Excellent writing/composition and verbal presentation skills.

Well-organized with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.

Senior executive presence and influencing skills.

Working proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Strong organization and time/resource planning skills.
