The salary on offer is £25k.

If so please read on MAIN PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR JOB: To provide administration management, invoicing and warranty Handling the Queries, complaints from invoicing and requesting order numbers for full repair authority Loading of workshop hours and MOT bookings To take responsibility of all roles passed by the Site Manager MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR JOB: Daily invoicing and control of hours being booked accordingly.
Submission of warranty and R & M claims to the manufacturer.
Assisting with administration requirements from the manufacturer to comply with dealer standard.
Control of work in progress through to invoicing Sending out information to customers when instructed to do so.
Maintaining order with work requests and authorisation.
Supporting all departments with Administration Duties including the preparation of daily banking sheets and the handling of Cash/Cheques.
Filing and recording of all workshop paperwork.
Assisting with other general administration duties as and when time permits.
