Description 

One of the most remarkable success stories of the Global Payroll/HCM industry now need to expand their energetic team with the addition of an experienced Payroll Client Manager to deliver a managed payroll service provision to large scale HCM clients This company has grown at an incredible rate year on year and is now a multi award winning organisation, recognised as one of the most sought after places to work.

As this is a key leadership role, it carries a wide scope of responsibilities which include: Manage Operational client relationship as well as the full payroll process for large-scale clients, Resolve client employee queries Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation Lead and coordinates the end-to-end payroll process for clients Provide leadership and expertise at a process level for the entire end to end payroll Indirectly manage colleagues to support them executing their responsibilities Support third party clients and internal teams throughout various client life cycles Take accountability for overall quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy and low error or defect percentage.

Leads efforts to continually improve in these areas.

Ensure contract and service level agreements (SLA) compliance As this is a very complex, technical position interested parties should have: Experience in managing high volume and complex Payrolls.

End to end payroll experience a plus with strong analytical and technical expertise Experience in managing customer relationships Experience in the payroll outsourcing or consulting industry A clear understanding of payroll, RTI and an understanding of applicable legislative requirements Relevant payroll qualification, or relevant experience desired This is a remarkable chance to join an organisation at one of the most exciting times in its history as they embark on taking their already massively successful product into new industry sectors and geographical areas.
