Description 

IFA Remote Supervisor Location: Bromsgrove Our Client are a highly respected, and well established professional firm of independent firm of Financial Planners who now have an excellent opportunity for an IFA Remote Supervisor to join their team.

Working from their offices based in Bromsgrove, you will overseeing and line manage a PA Support Pod to ensure timely, efficient and accurate administrative support to the IFA's , Whilst ensuring that all administration systems are maintained and that all client data is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities: To be a point of contact for clients, life offices and members of the business Dealing with any regarding any staffing or workflow issues/requirements within the team, escalating to the Administration Manager where necessary Identify training needs for all team members, liaising with the Administration Manager to ensure any training requirements are met Ensure that Pod maintains diary management system and monitor the daily Pod workflow, reallocating work to other Pod members where necessary Identify any process issues/improvements and escalate for investigation by Operations department Ensuring that all workflow within the team is dealt with in accordance with compliance department's guidelines Ensure that Pod adheres to all SLA's in relation to the support of their advisers, assisting with daily workflow wherever necessary Provide coaching and support to other team members Providing training for team members Requirements: Previous experience within a similar role Previous experience of coaching and supporting team members Previous experience of training staff Effective organisational and planning skills Able to work to deadlines Able to forge and develop relationships Experienced using Microsoft Word and Excel Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work as part of a team, or if required, under your own initiative Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who can deliver a first class service to clients as well as having the ability to build strong relationships and displaying professionalism at all times.
