About the PositionThe Master's Program - Administrative Support in Nursing Department works under the direction of the Master's Program Coordinator and is responsible for assisting with various projects in the Master's program; including assisting with application review, processing student forms, scheduling meetings, scheduling rooms, attending recruitment fairs/activities, and collaborating with other units in the University as needed.
Required Qualifications-Completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents.
-Two years of related office work experience.
Preferred Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in business management or related field -Minimum of three (3) years of full-time experience in administrative support or related field -Demonstrated project management skills -Demonstrated computer skills and applications -Demonstrated experience with oral and written interpersonal skills Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-Ability to apply independently a wide variety of policies and procedures where specific guidelines may not exist.
-Ability to draft, compose and appropriately format correspondence and standard reports.
-Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Skills and development of PDF forms.
-Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must possess excellent customer service and public relations skills.
-Strong organization skills to keep track of programs and activities within the department.
